Why We Work
Our mission is to help individuals, communities and organisations strengthen their resilience and prepare for the era of the polycrisis. Not only to survive it, but to adapt and remain competitive in a rapidly changing world.
Within the Cassandra Program, the CASSee methodology enables organisations to respond with reality-based strategies to today’s systemic crises.
CASSee is not conventional consultancy. It is a system-thinking compass in a world where traditional strategies no longer work.
Who We Are
The CASSee team is made up of experts with decades of experience in energy systems, ecology, economics, IT, leadership science, psychology and organisational development.
We come from diverse fields, yet we share a common view: current challenges are not isolated events, but parts of an interconnected system.
With the CASSee Program, we have developed a unique methodology that supports organisations in managing the complex impacts of the polycrisis.
